E-Access FAQs
Q: What is Online Banking (E-Access)?
A: E-Access is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.
Q: What can I do with E-Access?
A: You can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, and download transactions to a personal financial manager and much more. Check out the E-Access Demo to see all the features of E-Access and how you can personalize your online banking experience.
Q: When can I use E-Access services?
A: With E-Access, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that are posting to your account.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through E-Access?
A: You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the E-Access service. Our E-Access Product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the
most recent 1000 transactions and information. However, by selecting User Preferences, you can choose to view the current month and the previous month. Or, you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month.
Q: How much will E-Access cost?
A: E-Access is free of charge.
Q: Do I need any special software to use E-Access?
A: For a list of supported Operating
systems and Browsers, please click here.
***The screens in the Cash Management system have been designed to support a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or higher.
Q. When can I start using E-Access?
A: Once
your application and approval process have been completed,
you will be assigned a User ID and password. After successfully
logging into the system with the assigned password, you will
be prompted to change the password to a unique one. This process
normally takes 1 to 2 days to complete.
Q: Can anyone else access my personal account details?
A: No. Access is by password only, and each time you log-on we will ask you for log-in ID and password. As long as you keep your password secret no one else can access your account or see your details, even if they are using the same computer to access their account. To protect information as it travels over the Internet it is scrambled using high-level encryption (128 bit), which is internationally recognized as being safe and secure.
Q: What are "cookies"?
A: Cookies are bits of electronic information that a website can transfer to your hard drive to help tailor and keep records of your visit to the site. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many major websites use them. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can usually change your browser to prevent or notify you whenever you are sent a cookie. This gives you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. Even without accepting a cookie, you can still access most of the features on the site. We use cookies to help provide you with a better experience.
