Who We Are
Electronic Payment Services ("EPS") is a division of First California Bank. First California Bank ("FCB") EPS is a state chartered financial institution and a member of the FDIC, offering electronic banking services across the country. Our goal is to provide electronic banking and payment services with the highest level of customer service and banking integrity.
