Business Lending

At First California Bank, relationship banking is not just a term - it’s a team. Your Commercial Loan Officer is part of that team. We are dedicated to providing the small business owner with access to financial products to assist with your growth and expansion needs.

  • Business Lines of Credit
  • Term Loans for Equipment or Capital Investment – permits businesses to purchase needed equipment, expand and modernize, or inject needed capital. Secured by assets, these loans offer flexible, amortized repayment with maximum 5 year terms, fixed or variable rates and no balloon payments.
  • Letters of Credit – put the bank’s creditworthiness to work for you – allowing you to obtain better credit terms and facilitate both domestic and overseas transactions.
  • Commercial Real Estate Loans – enable businesses to own or expand facilities and maximize borrowing power for the long-term. Loans have up to a 10 year term and up to a 25 year amortization for lower monthly payments.
  • Commercial Construction Loans – help businesses with custom commercial or industrial construction with up to 18 months of interest-only financing that may convert to a term loan. Fees and interest can be financed to free up funds.
  • Accounts Receivable Financing Lines – increase working capital while collecting accounts receivable by providing a revolving credit line based on an analysis of accounts receivable. Interest-only payments and flexible principal repayment scheduling provide cost-effective borrowing.
  • Business Credit Cards – create a convenient and safe way to purchase goods and services. MasterCard ™ programs have appropriate credit limits, rates and fees to meet your business needs.
